Assalamualikum, i want to share experience in the art of Dikir Barat. First art of dikir barat originated from Kelantan.

Numer of mambers in a group is a twenty two. Two singers namely call juara and tukang karut, the remainder is call awok-awok.
The above picture is my group, called Layar Klasik. My group always joined tournement and sometimes win , sometimes lose.

My village is kampung kubang ikan. Iborn in year 08 August 1990. I grew up at my village. My town have fields, lake and beach. I very happy born at Kg kubang ikan because it have comfortable air and beaches.
The most significant celebration for Muslims, Aidil Fitri, it signifies the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. Known locally as Hari Raya Puasa or Hari Raya Aidil Fitri, the celebration is determined by sighting of the new moon on the day, before the next month on the Muslim calendar, Syawal.
Ramadan is the name of the one-month fasting period when Muslims fast from dawn till sunset. During the period of fasting, apart from eating and drinking, Muslims are also forbidden from smoking and having sexual relations. Only the sick are excused from fasting during this month. Muslims are expected to avoid lying, breaking promise or cheating during the month of Ramadan. It is to remind them of the plight of the poor and to cleanse themselves by exercising abstinence and self-control. Even the young are taught to fast
Muslims starts the day by wearing new clothes and congreting in the mosques early in the morning tp perform Hari Raya Puasa prayers followed by visiting the graves of the departed. The young will ask for forgiveness from their eldrs and have open house for relatives and frineds to come to their house.
Plenty of trditional Malay delicacies are served during this festives seasons. Houses are thoroughly cleaned and decorted, and lighting of oil lamps welcome the angels which are believed to be visiting the erthduring the seven days perceding the festival. The celebration lasts for a month but most of the celebration is concentrated in the first three days. Visiting Muslims homes on Hari Raya Puasa, you can expect to taste a wide variety of delicious spicy dishes. Some favourite dishes that can be found in Muslims homes on the special accasion are ketupat, rendang, lontong, nasi dagang and lemang. The muslims also give packets of money tokens on Hari Raya Puasa. Overall, Hari Raya Puasa is a a joyous accasion for Muslims
30 Ramadhan
My family stat prepare for celebrate hari raya aidil fitri.
morning, i and brother to jungle for look bamboo and make lemang. After take the bamboo, we came back at home for cut, wash and clean a bamboom. After that, my father make place for burn lemang.
After breaking the fast, my nephew, sister and brother celebrate aidil fitri night and while playing fireworks.
I and sister burn satey. We make chiken and meat satey.

morning, we gather for to solat sunat aidil fitri. After solat sunat aidil fitri, my family go to my grandmother and grandfather for celebrate aidil fitri.
A week celebrate Hari Raya Aidil Fitri, i go back UUM for exam. that all. thank you.

mid-semester break, i and palapes group go to Besut , Terengganu for study tour at Pangkalan Udara Gong Kedak.Activity conducted until 7 to 12 April 2012. 1st day, we leave from UUM to Kampung Nering. The travel takes about 8 hour. We get umtil 8pm and we prepared a bungalow.
We sleep this house for two night. home owrners is rank Datuk.
9 April we leave to Pantai Bukit Keluang for famly day.
